HPS Simics Zephyr GSRD Tutorial Example Design: Agilex™ 5 Virtual Platforms

NOTE: Zephyr was not updated in this release. To generate the Zephyr binaries, please look at the latest version available for this GSRD at Simics Zephyr GSRD. The binearies generated from that release, also work with the Simics installation from Quartus^® Prime Pro Edition Version 25.3.1 release.
