Simics Zephyr HPS Baseline System Example Design

NOTE: Zephyr was not updated in this release. To generate the Zephyr binaries, please look at the latest version available for this Tutorial Example Design which is rel-24.3 version. The binaries generated from that release, also work with the Simics installation from Quartus^® Prime Pro Edition Version 26.1 release.
